We are in search of a dedicated and strategic Discord Growth & Engagement Specialist to oversee the expansion and engagement of our Discord community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and expanding Discord servers, boosting user engagement, and constructing lively communities that resonate with business and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Growth: Formulate and implement strategies to elevate server membership, engagement, and retention.
- Engagement Strategy: Develop and oversee events, activities, AMAs, giveaways, polls, and interactive content to maintain a thriving community.
- Content & Communication: Craft compelling messages, announcements, and campaigns tailored for Discord to enrich user involvement.
- Server Management: Enhance server structure, channels, roles, and bots for seamless operations and scalability.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor growth, engagement, retention, and campaign performance; offer actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure community efforts align with broader company objectives.
- Moderation Oversight: Establish and uphold community guidelines, supervise moderators, and cultivate a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Discord community management and growth (preferably in gaming, tech, or digital communities.
- Demonstrated capability to scale and engage sizable Discord servers.
- Proficient in Discord tools, bots, and integrations.
- Innovative thinker with the capacity to devise entertaining, engaging activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
