We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (Freelancer) to help generate leads and acquire new clients for our IT and digital services. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for self-driven professionals who are confident in communication, networking, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with prospects. You will work closely with our internal team to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads for IT services, web development, mobile app development, and digital solutions.
- Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
- Maintain records of leads, conversations, and deal progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital products.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology companies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead-generation strategies.
- Experience in handling international clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms.
Compensation Structure
- Commission-Based Only (10% – 20% per project)
