We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Assistant to work closely with our CEO and support daily office operations. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, coordinate between teams, and provide executive and administrative support while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Daily Basis Responsibilities:
Act as the primary support for the CEO in managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar with timely reminders and preparation.
Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO when required.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as requested.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and related logistics.
Track and follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
Assist in internal communication between the CEO and teams.
Support HR coordination, recruitment activities, and vendor management when needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment requirements.
Anticipate CEO’s needs and proactively resolve operational issues.
Assist in event planning, team meetings, and company activities.
Maintain systematic records, files, and documentation.
Provide general administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
